Body Corporate Information Seminars

Bullying, Abuse, Harassment, Nuisance and Discrimination (BAHND) in Community Titles Schemes

The Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management Chris Irons, myself, and other BCCM representatives have been invited to speak as a part of Archers Body Corporate Management’s annual information sessions.

We will be talking about what “BAHND” is and what it might look like in Community Titles Schemes. We will provide helpful tips on what you can do if you are on the receiving end of BAHND, as well as where the BCCM Office can and can’t assist.

Industry panelists and strata law practitioners Frank Higginson (Hynes Legal) and Juliette Nairn (OMB Solicitors) will lead an open forum designed to enable audience interaction.

Along with the Commissioner’s office representative and a local Archers Body Corporate Management representative, the expert panel will delve into the issue from the differing stakeholder points of view.

Information sessions are free to attend. We recommended that you register your attendance in advance.

Please do not reply to this email to register, my Office is not taking registrations for the sessions.
